Employer Requirements for Both Turnkey and DIY

  • Must use Cost Plus Wellness contracts without modifications.
  • Must pay clean claims within 30 days.
  • Must waive prior authorization for Cost Plus Wellness providers, including suppressing any pre-payment audits.
  • Plan must pay 100% of Cost Plus Wellness rate - no member collections.
