Employer Requirements for Both Turnkey and DIY

✓Must pay clean claims within 30 days.

✓Must waive prior authorization for Cost Plus Wellness providers, including suppressing any pre-payment audits.

✓Plan must pay 100% of Cost Plus Wellness rate - no member collections.
